008. AND AUTIIORIZING TIIE CITY :!VIANAGER. TO EXECUTE TIIE SA:!VIE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CO~CIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX:, VIRGINIA
(hereinafter referred to as "CITY") that the City hereby grants to D_R.. Horton, Inc., a private
use and enjoyment easement across a 20' alley ovvned by the City along the rear of Tax 1'v1:ap
Nos. 48-3-((08))-007, 48-3-((08))-0008A, and 48-3-((08))-008, such easement to be in the
form approved by the City Attomey.
BE IT FUR.THER ORDAINED BY THE CITY CO~CIL OF THE CITY, that the City
l\I1:anager is hereby authorized and directed to execute, V\Tith the concurrence of the City
.Attomey, the necessary easement documents.
This ordinance shall become errective as provided by la'-V.
