AN ORDINANCE GRANTING VARIOUS EASElVlENTS TO DOlVlINION VIRGINIA
POV\TER. COX COlVllVlUNICATIONS NORTHERN VIRGINIA AND VERIZON
VIRGINIA. INC.. ON CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY OVVNED BY THE CITY AND
IDENTIFIED AS CITY TAX lVlAP NO. 57-4-02-106 AND HAVING AN ADDRESS OF
10435 NORTH STREET, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY JV1ANAGER TO EXECUTE
THE SAJVlE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX.
VIRGINIA (hereinafter referred to as "CITY") that easements necessary Tor the
undergrounding of utilities project in Old Tovvn Fairfax, in the form approved to the City
Attomey, are hereby granted to Dominion Virginia Povver" Cox Communications Northem
Virginia and Verizon Virginia". Inc., over certain real property oVV"TIed by the City and
identified as Tax lVlap No. 57-4-02-106. and further identified as 10435 North Street.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY. that the
City 1\Ilanager is hereby authorized and directed to execute". vv-ith the concurrence oTthe City
At:tomey, the necessary easements documents.
This ordinance shall become effective as provided by la-vv.
