II, DIVISION ~, SECTION 30-3~(2) OF TIIE CODE OF
TIIE CITY OF FAIR.FAX, VIR.GINIA, PER.TAINING TO
TIIE POLLING PLACE FOR. PR.ECINCT TVVO.
BE IT ORDAINED, by the City Conncil or the City of Fairfax, that Chapter 30,
Article II, Division 1" Section 30-31 (2) of the Code of the City of Fairfax, Virginia, is hereby
amended to read in its entirety as follovvs:

The boundaries for the voter election precincts in the city and the locations of the polling
places shall be as fol1oVV"s:
(2.) Precinct'T"lVo. Beginning at: a point marking the intersection of1\l1ain Street: (Route
236) and Old Lee High""ay at a midpoint in the road, follovvirrg a. northeasterly direction
along Old Lee Highvvay until it intersects V\Tith Rebel RUTI at a midpoint in the road:
follovving Rebel Run until it intersects "",ith Fairfax Boulevard (Routes 29 and 50) at a
midpoint in the road; follo'-Ving Fairfax Boulevard in a vv-esterly direction until it intersects
vv-ith l\I1ain Street in the vicinity oflCamp VVashington; then proceeding in a southeasterly
direction on l\I1ain Street: until it intersects vv-ith Old Lee HighV\Tay at a midpoint in the road.
The polling place is located at 3730 Old Lee Highvvay.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that this ordinance shall become effective upon
adoption as provided by lavv.
