AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY IVIANAGER TO EXECUTE AN
AIVIENDIVIENT TO THE LEASE DATED IVIAY 19,2006 BETVVEEN THE CITY OF
FAIRFAX AND NORTHERN VIRGINIA CHRISTIAN ACADEIVIY FOR THE
PREIVIISES LOCATED AT 11000 BERRY STREET, FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA (THE
VVESTIVIORE ELEIVIENTARY BUILDING AND GROUNDS)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX,
VIRGINIA (hereinafter referred to as '"CITY") that the City 1\..1:anager is h.creby authorized
and directed to execute,. "",ith the conC"L1-rrence of the City Attomey,. the First Amendment to
Lease, amending the Lease dated .M:ay 19,. 2006 betvveen the City,. as Landlord,. and Northem
Virginia Christian Academy,. as Tenant,. for the Premises located at 11000 Berry Street,.
Fairfax,. Virginia (the V\Testmore Elementary building and grounds),. subject to the conditions
and restrictions contained in such First Amendment to Lease. The form of such First
Amendment to Lease shall be substantially of the form attached to tl""115 Ordinance,. subject to
such reasonable modifications as made by the City J'\...1:anager" vvith the concurrence of the City
Attorney_
This ordinance shall become effective as provided by lavv.
