ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE FOR INSTALLATION OF A POLE ON PROPERTY
OVVNED BY TFIE CITY IN LOUDOUN COUNTY, VIRGINIA, IDENTIFIED AS
GPIN 198-29-2349.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA
(hereinafter referred to as "CITY") that the City :r\I1:anager is hereby authorized and directed to
execute" vvith the COnCl...lrrenCe of the City Attomey" an Easement/Right of"V\Tay Agreement to
the Northern Virgin_ia Electric Cooperative for the in..stallatior1 of a pole on property ovvned by
the City in Loudoun County, Virginia, identified as G-PIN 198-29-2349,. subject to the
conditions and restrictions contained in such Easement/Rigl""11 of ~ay Agreement.
