RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING COUNTRY CLUB HILLS COMMONS
WHEREAS, the Country Club Hills Civic Association requests that the City of
Fairfax property, located in the Country Club Hills subdivision on Spring Lake Terrace be
classified as a park and named the Country Club Hills; and,
WHEREAS, this request has been reviewed by the Parks and Recreation Advisory
Board, who finds the requests in compliance with the City's Naming of Facilities Policy; and,
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board recommends approval of
naming the parcel the Country Club Hills Commons,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Fairfax
officially designates the parcel listed above as Country Club Hills Commons, effective this
day, November 1, 2005.
