AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 2 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF
FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA, TO REPEAL ARTICLE VII, SECTIONS 2-35 THROUGH 2-36,
AND THEREBY ABOLISH THE TRANSPORTATION SAFETY COMMISSION.
BE IT ORDAINED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Virginia, that Chapter
2 of the Code of the City of Fairfax, Virginia is amended to repeal Article VII, Sections 2-35
and 2-36 to thereby abolish the Transportation Safety Commission.
This ordinance shall become effective as provided by law.
