AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE I, CHAPTER 14 OF THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA, BY REPEALING SECTIONS 14-5.1
THROUGH 14-5.13 THEREOF CONCERNING BINGO AND RAFFLES
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Virginia that Sections 14-5.1 through 14-5.13, Article I,
Chapter 14 of the Code of the City of Fairfax Virginia are
hereby repealed. ' '
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the remaining sections of Article
I, Chapter 14 shall continue to read as previously enacted.
3. This ordinance shall become effective on July 1, 1996.
