19950411 1995-12ORDINANCE NO. 1995-12 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 8-9.1, ARTICLE III, CHAPTER 8 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA, CONCERNING THE TAX FOR ENHANCED EMERGENCY TELEPHONE (E-911) SERVICE BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Virginia, that Section 8-9.1, Article III, Chapter 8 of the Code of the City of Fairfax is amended to read in its entirety as follows: Section 8-9.1 Amount of tax for enhanced emergency telephone service In addition to the tax imposed and levied under Section 8-9 of this article, there is hereby imposed and levied by the city upon each and every purchaser of local telephone service a tax in the amount of ...... ~ .... i~i~i~i~ cents ~$0.2~) iii~i~i~iiiiiii~i~ii per telephone line per month.
