AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 24-2, ARTICLE I, CHAPTER
24, OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA, BY
INCREASING THE RATES FOR WATER AND SEWER SERVICE FOR
RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS.
1. BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Virginia, that Section 24-2 of Article I, Chapter 24, of
the Code of the City of Fairfax, is hereby amended to read in its
entirety as follows:
Section 24-2. Water service and sewer service--Service rates.
(a) The rates for water service furnished by the city shall
be as follows:

2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the remaining subsections
