19940412 1994-4ORDINANCE NO. 1994-4 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 24-2.1, ARTICLE I, CHAPTER 24 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA, BY INCREASING WATER CONNECTION FEES AND AVAILABILITY CHARGES. 1. BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Fairfax, Virginia, that Section 24-2.1, Article I, Chapter 24 of the Code of the City of Fairfax, Virginia is amended to read in its entirety as follows: Sec. 24-2.1 Same-Water Connection Fees, Availability and Frontage Charges. Water connection fees and availability and frontage charges are hereby established as follows: (a) Connection charge.
