AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 13-69,
ARTICLE III, CHAPTER 13 OF THE CODE OF
THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA,
CONCERNING THE FAIIARRE TO LICENSE
VEHICLES OR DISPLAY CITY STICKERS.
BE IT ORDAINED, by the City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Virginia that Section 13-69, Article III, Chapter
13 of the Code of the City of Fairfax, Virginia is hereby
amended in its entirety as follows:
Section 13-69. Failure to license vehicle or disDlay
No person owning or operating a vehicle subject to this
article shall fail to license the same or to display the
sticker as required. Violations of this section shall be
punishable by a fine of ~ ~ - ~- fifty
dollars ($50.00). however, violation of this section shall
not be discharged by payment of such fine except upor
presentation of satisfaGtorv evidence that the requireC
license has been obtained.
This ordinance shall become effective as provided by
law.
