AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY OF FAIRFAX SCHEDULE OF
RATES AND LEVIES 1992-1993 BY IMPOSING, INCREASING OR
DELETING CERTAIN BUILDING, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL,
FIRE PREVENTION, FIRE PROTECTION, AND FIRE SUPPRESSION
FEES, RATES AND LEVIES.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Virginia, that the City of Fairfax, Schedule of Rates and
Levies 1992-1993, adopted by the City Council on June 9, 1992,
is hereby amended to impose, increase or delete certain
building, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, fire prevention,
fire protection, and fire suppression fees, rate and levies
as follows:

BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the remaining portions of the city
of Fairfax Schedule of Rates and Levies 1992-1993 shall
continue to read as previously adopted unless changed by
separate City Council action.
This ordinance shall become effective on July 1, 1993.
