AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 13-82, ARTICLE IV,
CHAPTER 13 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA,
CONCERNING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION OF RESIDENTIAL
PARKING PERMIT PROGRAM.
BE IT ORDAINED that Section 13-82, Article IV, Chapter 13
of the Code of the City of fairfax, Virginia, is hereby amended
in its entirety as follows:
Section 13-82. Penalties.
Any person who shall violate any provision of Section
13-76(c) or Section 13-80 of this article shall, upon convic-
tion, be subject to a fine of not more than ~_A_ ~_~_~
%c~ thirty-five dollars ($35.00).
This ordinance shall become effective as provided by law.
