AN ORDINANCE TO EXTEND THE OLD TOWN FAIRFAX
TRANSITION OVERLAY DISTRICT BOUNDARIES.
BE IT ORDAINED that the Old Town Fairfax Transition Overlay
District boundaries are hereby extended to include the parcels
identified, as of the effective date of this ordinance, as City
of Fairfax Tax Map Parcel 57-2-((20))-4D in its entirety.
The Zoning Administrator is hereby directed to modify the
Official Zoning Map to indicate the parcels encompassed in the
Old Town Fairfax Transition Overlay District as hereby es-
tablished.
This ordinance shall become effective as provided by law.
