19911112 1991-27ORDINANCE NO. 1991- 27 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A GROUND LEASE BETWEEN THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA, LESSOR, AND E.L. KELLOGG, TRUSTEE, AND E.L. KELLOGG CORPORATION, LESSEES, CONCERNING ANUNIMPROVED PORTION OF CITY-OWNEDLANDKNOWN AS HUME AVENUE, ADJACENT TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF TAX MAP PARCEL NUMBER 48-3-((7))-3, CONTAINING 1,200 SQUARE FEET IN THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA. BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Virginia, that the City Manager is hereby authorized, on behalf of the City of Fairfax, Virginia, to execute a Ground Lease (the "Lease"), approved as to form by the City Attorney, between the City of Fairfax, Virginia ("Lessor"), and E.L. Kellogg, Trustee, and the E.L. Kellogg Corporation ("Lessees") concerning an unimproved portion of City-owned land known as Hume Avenue, adjacent to the northeast corner of Tax Map Parcel No. 48-3-((7))- 3, containing 1,200 square feet in the City of Fairfax, Virginia (the "Property"), for a term of five (5) years for an annual rent of one dollar ($1.00). The purpose of the Lease is for the consolidation, placement and use of recycling receptacles, dumpsters and compactors on the Property by the Lessees.
