AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13,
ARTICLE IV, SECTION 13-83 OF THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA,
ENTITLED "PERMIT PARKING DISTRICTS DESIGNATED,-
ESTABLISHING A PERMIT PARKING DISTRICT
WHEREAS, in accordance with Sections 13-75 and 13-
81 of the Code of the City of Fairfax, Virginia, the City
Manager has recommended a Permit Parking District as
described herein, and
WHEREAS, after introduction of an ordinance and a
public hearing, the City Council is of the opinion that
the requirements of Chapter 13, Article IV, have been met
and the area designated herein qualifies as a permit
parking district,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council
of the City of Fairfax, Virginia, that Section 13-83 of
the Code of the City of Fairfax, Virginia, be amended by
the addition of subsection (e) to read in its entirety
as follows:
"(e) Country Hill Drive (3400-3420) from Old
Lee Highway to Pinehurst Avenue, Pinehurst
Avenue (9910-9924) from Brookwood Drive to the
dead end, Farr Drive (9910-9921) from Brookwood
Drive to Country Hill Drive, and Broadview
Drive (9909-9920) from Brookwood Drive to
Country Hill Drive."
This ordinance shall become effective as provided
by law.
