AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING FEES FOR CEMETERY LOTS,
PERPETUAL CARE, INTERMENTS AND DISINTERMENTS
IN THE CITY CEMETERY, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 5.2 OF THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Virginia, that, pursuant to Section 5.2-3 of the Code
of the City of Fairfax, Virginia, the City Council hereby
establishes the following fees for cemetery lots, perpetual
care, interments and disinterments in the City cemetery:
Sale of Cemetery Lots
Grave Site: 3' x 9'
Grave Site: 3" x 3"

Grave Site: 3' x 9'
