AN ORDINANCE TO ESTABLISH THE OLD TOWN FAIRFAX
HISTORIC OVERLAY DISTRICT BOUNDARIES
BE IT ORDAINED that the Old Town Fairfax Historic District
boundaries are hereby established and shall include the parcels
identified, as of the effective date of this ordinance, as City
of Fairfax Tax Map Parcels:
57-2-((2))-160 through 164, 162A, 157;
57-4-((2))-78, 79, 80, 8lA, 82, 83, 84, 87A, 87B, 88 through 93,
95 through 116, 124 through 130, 43 through 46, 43A, 46A, 44B,
48, 49;
57-4-((23))-1 through 7;
and that portion of parcel 57-4-((1))-14 that includes the
Fairfax County Courthouse.
The Zoning Administrator is hereby directed to modify the
Official Zoning Map to indicate the parcels encompassed in the
Old Town Fairfax Historic Overlay District as hereby establish-
ed.
This ordinance shall become effective as provided by law.
