AN ORDINANCE TO ESTABLISH THE BOUNDARIES OF THE OLD
TOWN FAIRFAX TRANSITION OVERLAY DISTRICT
BE IT ORDAINED that the Old Town Fairfax Transition Overlay
District boundaries are hereby established and shall include the
parcels identified, as of the effective date of this ordinance,
as City of Fairfax Tax Map Parcels:
57-1-((2))-117, 118, l19A;
57-2-((2))-150, 150B, 152, 153, 156, 165, 165A, 166, 166A, 167A
through E, 171;
57-2-((20))-2, 3, 3A, 4D;
57-2-((22))-1 through 20;
57-2-((37))-D, E, G, llA through 13D, 3lA through 33D, 4lA
through 43E, 6lA through 63D, 7lA through 73C, 8lA through 83C,
10lA through 102E;
57-4-((2))-28, 29A, 40, 41, 42A, 42B, 44A, 44C, 51, 53, 54, 67
through 72, 76, 119, 120, 131, 132, 134, 134A, 135, 138, 139,
140, 142, 144B;
57-4-((10))-1 through 15; and
57-4-((26))-1 through 15.
The Zoning Administrator is hereby directed to modify the
official Zoning Map to indicate the parcels encompassed in the
Old Town Fairfax Transition Overlay District as hereby es-
tablished.
This ordinance shall become effective as provided by law.
