AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 26-215.11 OF THE CODE OF
THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA, PERTAINING TO USES PERMITTED
IN THE OLD TOWN FAIRFAX HISTORIC DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Virginia, that Section 26-215.11 of the Code of the City of
Fairfax entitled "Permitted uses -- By right and with special
use permit" is hereby amended by adding thereto subsection (d)
to read in its entirety as follows:
"(d) Personal service establishments, restaurants and
retail sales establishments may be permitted with a special
use permit issued by City Council where the underlying
zoning is Cl-L or C-i."
This ordinance shall become effective as provided by law.
