AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 26-187.1(A) OF THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA, REGARDING
WAREHOUSES AND STORAGE BUILDINGS
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Virginia, that Section 26-187.1(a) of the Code of the City
of Fairfax, Virginia be and hereby is amended to read in its
entirety as follows:
"(a) Warehouses and storage buildings, including accessory
apartment units.,,
This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its
adoption.
