AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 2-31,
ARTICLE VI, CHAPTER 2 OF THE CODE OF THE
CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA PERTAINING TO
PLANNING COMMISSION MEETINGS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Virginia that Section 2-31, Article VI, Chapter 2 of
the Code of the City of Fairfax, Virginia is hereby amended to
read in its entirety as follows:
Sec. 2-31. Meetings; adoption of rules and requlations for
transaction of business; record of proceedings
to be kept.
The planning commission shall hold at least
mee~-ea~-m~h eleven regular meetinqs each year, provided
that the commission shall meet at least once every two months.
It shall adopt rules and regulations in writing for the
transaction of business, and shall keep a record of its
resolutions, transactions, findings and determinations, which
shall be a public record.
This ordinance shall become effective as provided by law.
