AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 2-44, ARTICLE X,
CHAPTER 2 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX,
VIRGINIA, PERTAINING TO DISCLOSURE OF INTERESTS
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Virginia, that Section 2-44, Article X, Chapter 2 of the Code
of the City of Fairfax, Virginia is hereby amended to read in
its entirety as follows:
Sec. 2-44.
Persons subject to scope of article.
This article encompasses the mayor and the members of the
city council, the planning commission, the school board, the
board of zoning appeals, the department of real estate assess-
ment, the board of architectural review, the city manager, all
department heads and their deputies or persons employed in grade
20 23 and above on the city pay scale and all locally elected
officials.
This ordinance shall become effective as provided by law.
