19880223 1988-4ORDINANCE NO. 1988-4 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE APPROVED SITE PLAN OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 10600, 10602, 10604, 10606 AND 10608 KITTY POZER DRIVE, 4303, 4305, 4307, 4311, 4313 AND ~315 RAMONA COURT, AND 4311, 4313 AND 4315 BOB COURT AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS TAX MAP 57-3-( (2))-14, 21, 22, 23, 25, 33, 34, 35 AND 38 AND TAX MAP 57-3-((8))-17A, 25 AND 26. WHEREAS, BDW Corporation, by Lawrence K. Doll, Vice President, has sub- mitted application no. Z-725-87-2, requesting a Site Plan Amendment to the approved Site Plan for development of the 9.66 acres located at 10600, 10602, 10604, 10606 and 10608 Kitty Pozer Drive, 4303, 4305, 4307, 4311, 4313, and 4315 Ramona Court, and 4311, 4313 and 4315 Bob Court, which is in the M-I(P) district; WHEREAS, the City Council has carefully considered the application, the recommendations of the Planning Commission and staff, and the testimony receive( at public hearing; and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the porposed Site Plan Amend- ment is proper and in accordance with the pertinent considerations set forth in the Codes of Virginia and of the City of Fairfax; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Council of the City of Fairfax on this 23rd day of February, 1988, that application no. Z-725-87-2, together with the Amended Site Plan prepared by Patton, Harris, Rust and Associates, dated October 1, 1986, and revised by Buddy Zimmerman, Inc., December 21, 1987, hereb is approved. The proffers submitted in application no. Z-708-86-1 and accepted by City Council by Ordinance No. 1986-25 are unchanged by this Ordinance and shall remain in full force and effect.
