AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 26, SECTION 26-44(B)(4)F OF THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA, PERTAINING TO SIGNS
PERMITTED IN THE OLD AND HISTORIC DISTRICT.
Section 26-44(b)(4)f shall be amended to read in its entirety as follows:
"Content: The content of signs shall be limited to advertising the basic nature
of businesses and identifying the names and either addresses or telephone
numbers of businesses; provided, however, that service stations located in the
Old and Historic District shall be permitted the signs in Section 26-44(b)(3)
(special regulations for service stations."
