AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14-14 OF CHAPTER 14
OF THE CODE OF THE CIT¥ OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA
CONCERNING PROHIBITION OF INDECENT EXPOSURE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Virginia, that the
existing Section 14-14 of Chapter 14 of the Code of the City of Fairfax, Virginia, be
and hereby is amended in its entirety as follows:
Section 14-14. Indecent Exposure
It shall be unlawful for any person to intentionally make an obscene display or
exposure of his person, or the private parts thereof, in any public place, or in
any place where others are present, or to procure another to so expose himself.
Persons violating the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a Class 1 mis-
demeanor.
