AN ORDINANCE AMENDING FAIRFAX CITY CODE SECTIONS 26-3 AND 26-29 PERTAINING TO
REQUIRED FEES FOR ZONING PERMITS AND SITE PLAN REVIEW
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Virginia, that the
Fairfax City Code Section 26-3 be amended to read in its entirety as follows:
"Sec. 26-3 Fees required.
The applicant for each occupancy permit or rezoning application shall
submit to the Zoning Administrator a fee in accordance with the schedule of
fees adopted by City Council."
BE IT ORDAINED that the Fairfax City Code Section 26-29 pertaining to site
plan fees be and hereby is deleted in its entirety.
This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon adoption.
