AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-38 OF THE CODE OF THE
CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA PERTAINING TO THE COMMUNITY
APPEARANCE COMMITTEE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council for the City of Fairfax,
Virginia, that Section 2-38 of the Code of the City of Fairfax,
Virginia be and hereby is amended as follows:
The last sentence of paragraph
amended to read as follows:
(b) of Section 2-38 is
"The member from City Council shall serve as an
ex-officio member, shall hold no office on the
committee, shall have no voting rights, and shall not
be counted to establish a quorum."
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its
execution by the Mayor.
