AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 15-7 OF THE CODE OF THE
CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA PERTAINING TO THE PARK AND
RECREATION ADVISORY BOARD.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council for the City of Fairfax,
~irginia, that Section 15-7 of the Code of the City of Fairfax,
Virginia be and hereby is amended as follows:
The fifth sentence of Section 15-7 is amended to read as
follows:
"The member from City Council shall serve as an
ex-officio member whose term shall coincide with the
term such council member serves,on the City Council and
who shall shall not be counted to establish a quorum,
and shall not have the right to vote, or be permitted
to hold any office on the Park and Recreation Advisory
Board."
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its
~xecution by the Mayor.
