AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 13-26(a)32 OF THE CODE OF THE
CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA, TO ADD TO THE LIST OF STREETS
PROHIBITING THROUGH TRUCK TRAFFIC
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Virginia, that
Section 13-26(a)32 of the Code of the City of Fairfax, Virginia, be and it hereby is
amended by adding subsection (32) to read in its entirety as follows:
(32) Roberts Road from Route 236 to the City boundary.
This ordinance shah become effective immediately upon its adoption.
