AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 13.83 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY
OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA, ESTABLISHING A PERMIT PARKING DISTRICT
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 13.75 and 13.81 of the Code of the Cit~,
of Fairfax, Virginia, the City Manager has recommended a Permit Parking District as
described herein, and ,~
WHEREAS, after introduction of an ordinance and a oublie hearing, the Citv
Council is of the ooinion that the requirements of Chapter 13, Article IV, have been
met and the area designated herein qualifies as a oermit marking district,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED bv the Cit.v Council of the Cit.v of
Fairfax, Virginia, that Section 1.1.83 of the Code of the Citv of Fairfax, Virginia, be
amended by the addition of Subsection (el to read in its entirety as follows:
"(e) Maple Street (10601-10654~ from its dead end west to its
intersection with CuDp Road, including Leonard Drive (4130-
4135) south to Maole Street, and including 0art of Ardmore
Place (4201, 4203, 4204, and 4206)
This ordinance shall become effective immediately uDon its adoption.
