AN ORDINANCE TO RENUMBER ARTICLE IV ENTITLED
"SNOW EMERGENCIES" OF CHAPTER 13
'OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Virginia that Article IV of Chapter 13 of the Code
of the City of Fairfax, Virginia entitled "Snow Emergencies"
which was adopted on October 27, 1981 as Ordinance No. 1981-
20 is hereby renumbered Article V of Chapter 13 of the Code
of the City of Fairfax, Virginia and the sections contained
therein are renumbered as follows:
Current Section 13-72 shall be renumbered Section 13-88.
Current Section 13-73 shall be renumbered Section 13-89.
Current Section 13-74 shall be renumbered Section 13-90.
Current Section 13-75 shall be renumbered Section 13-91.
Current Section 13-76 shall be renumbered Section 13-92.
Current Section 13-77 shall be renumbered Section 13-93.
Current Section 13-78 shall be renumbered Section 13-94.
Current Section 13-79 shall be renumbered Section 13-95.
Current Section 13-80 shall be renumbered Section 13-96.
Current Section 13-81 shall be renumbered Section 13-97.
Current Section 13-82 shall be renumbered Section 13-98.
Current Section 13-83 shall be renumbered Section 13-99.
Current Section 13-84 shall be renumbered Section 13-100.
Current Section 13-85 shall be renumbered Section 13-101.
Current Section 13-86 shall be renumbered Section 13-102.
Current Section 13-87 shall be renumbered Section 13-103.
Sections 13-84 through 13-87 shall remain available within
Article IV and shall be designated as "reserved".
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
its adoption.
