AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBSECTION 13-26(a) OF THE CODE OF THE
CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA, TO ADD TO THE LIST OF STREETS
PROHIBITING THROUGH TRUCK TRAFFIC.
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Virginia
that Subsection 13-26(a) of the Code of the City of Fairfax, Virginia, be and
it hereby is amended by adding paragraph (31) to read as follows:
(31) Page Avenue Connector from Route 236 south to Page Avenue.
The Page Avenue Connector street shall be limited to a
load capacity of Eight (8) tons.
This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage.
