AN ORDINANCE EXTENDING SECTIONS 4-19 AND 4-20
OF ARTICLE III OF CHAPTER 4 OF THE CODE OF THE
CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA.
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Virginia, finding that an ~ergency continues to exist, hereby extends
the ~aergency ordinances previously enacted on November 23, 1982,
pursuant to the authority granted by Section 29-213.21 of the 1950 Code
of Virginia, as amended, specifically, Sections 4-19 and 4-20 of Article
III of Chapter 4 of the Code of the City of Fairfax, Virginia.
This extension shall pass only upon two-thirds affirmative vote
of the members of the City Council present.
This extension shall be effective immediately upon its execution
by the Mayor.
