AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 26-149(a)
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Virginia, that Section 26-149(a) of the Code of the
City of Fairfax, Virginia be and the same is hereby amended
as follows:
1. Section 26-149(a) is amended by adding a new
subparagraph (a)(4) to read as follows:
"( 4 ) Townhouses."
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
adoption.
