19810721 1981-12 ORDINANCE NO. 1981-12
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBSECTION (a) OF SECTION 26-141 OF THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Virginia that Subsection (a) of Section 26-141 be and the same
is hereby amended to ~substitute the word "two" for the word
"five" in the first sentence so that the Subsection will read in
its entirety as follows:
"(a) Area: Area, which shall not be less
than two acres, shall be determined in accordance
with standards contained in section 26-144. The
gross area proposed for development in any P-D
district shall be shown on the preliminary site
plan."
This Ordinance shal 1 become effective immediately upon
adoption.
