AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14-11
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Virginia, that Section 14-11 of the Code of the
City of Fairfax, Virginia be and is hereby amended to read
in its entirety as follows:
"Sec. 14-11. Drunk in Public
If any person is drunk in public he
shall be guilty of a Class 4 misdemeanor."
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
adoption.
