AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 26-4 AND 26-22(a)
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Virginia that Section 26-4 and Section 26-22(a) of
the Code of the City of Fairfax, Virginia be amended as
follows:
1. That Section 26-4 be amended by the addition in
alphabetic sequence of the definition of "Landscape Architect"
to read in its entirety as follows:
"Landscape Architect. An individual who is
certified by the State of Virginia as a
certified landscape architect."
2. That Section 26-22(a) is hereby amended to read
in its entirety as follows:
"(a) The owner or developer shall submit to the
Director of Public Services a site plan prepared
and certified by an engineer, architect, landscape
architect or land surveyor. Seven prints of the
site plan at a scale of not less than one inch
equalling fifty feet,, together with all information
required by this Chapter shall be submitted. All
plans shall be on either 24" x 36" material or
suitable for folding to that size."
This ordinance shall be come effective immediately upon
adoption.
