ORDINANCE NO, 1979-8
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 3.131:2(b)
and (e) OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA, TO CHANGE THE
TIME RESTRICTION FOR THE FILING OF
PROFFERS
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Virginia,
that Sections 3.131:2(b) and 3.131:2(e) of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Fairfax, Virginia, be and they hereby are amended to change the time restriction
for the filing of proffers as follows:
1. Amend the first sentence in Section 3.131:2(b) to substitute
the words "not less than twenty-one (21) days prior to" for the words "not less
than ten (10) days prior to."
2. Amend the first sentence in Section 3.131:2(e) to substitute the
words "Not less than seventeen (17) days prior to" for the words "Not less than
ten (10) days prior to."
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its adoption
by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Virginia.
