AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 5-5, 5-30,
5-31, 6-18, 6-19, 6-25, 9A-13, 9A-14, 9A-19, 12A-15,
12A-16, 12A-22, 16-17, 16-18 AND 16-24 OF THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA AND
ADOPTING A SCHEDULE OF RATES AND LEVIES.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Virginia that the "Schedule of Rates and Levies of
the City of Fairfax" dated 1979-1980 be incorporated herein
and that the same is hereby adopted establishing fees to be
charged by the City.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the City Council that
Sections 5-5, 5-30, 5-31, 6-18, 6-19, 6-25, 9A-13, 9A-14, 9A-19,
12A-15, 12A-16, 12A-22, 16-17, 16-18 and 16-24 of the Code of
the City of Fairfax are hereby amended by-the establishment of
a new rates and levies schedule as adopted herein, and, should
any conflict exist between this ordinance and prior ordinances,
this ordinance shall control.
This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Vir-
ginia.
