AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 11 OF THE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA RE-
LATING TO THE APPROVAL OF OUTSIDE STORAGE OF
CERTAIN SALES USES PERMITTED BY RIGHT IN THE
C-2 and C-3 ZONES.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Virginia, that the provisions of Section 11 of the Zoning Ordinance of
the City of Fairfax, Virginia, relating to the approval of outside
storage of certain sales uses permitted by right in the C-2 and C-3 Zones
be and they hereby are amended as follows:
1) Substitute the words "Board of Architectural Review"
for the words "Planning Commission" as the last words
appearing in subparagraph 3 of paragraph A of the
C-2 Zone.
2) Substitute the words "Board of Architectural Review"
for the words "Planning Commission" as the last words
appearing in subparagraph 3 of paragraph A of the C-3
Zone.
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its
adoption by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Virginia.
