AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND REENACTING
SECTION 13-112.1 OF THE FAIRFAX CITY
CODE
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Virginia, that Section 13-112.1 of the Code of the City of Fairfax
be, and it hereby is, amended and reenacted to read in its entiret
as follows:
"Sec. 13-112.1. Vehicle to be under .Proper control.
"Every driver of a motor vehicle shall at all times keep such
vehicle under proper control. Proper control is such control as
will enable the vehicle to be operated in a reasonable manner
having regard for traffic, road conditions and the safety of the
public."
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its
adoption.
