AN ORDINANCE TO ESTABLISH SEWER
SERVICE CHARGES FOR RESIDENTIAL AND
COMMERCIAL CONSUMERS
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Virginia,
that Section 26-2, Article I, of Chapter 26 of the Code of the City of Fairfax,
Virginia, be and it hereby is amended by deleting the last paragraph thereof
and substituting in its place and stead the following:
"The rates for sewer service furnished by the City will be one
hundred and forty percent of the computed water service rate."
This ordinance shall become effective on February 1, 1977.
