AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION ll OF THE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA, TO
ADD TO THE USES PERMITTED BY RIGHT IN THE C-2
ZONING DISTRICT,
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Virginia, that Section 1] of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Fairfax, Virginia, be and it hereby is amended to add the following
to the uses permitted by right in the C-2 Zoning District:
Amend paragraph 1 of Subsection A. to add "clinical-
pathological laboratories and nuclear medicine
laboratories" immediately before the words "nursing
home s' '.
This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its
adoption by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Virginia.
