AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND AND REENACT SECTION 13-34
OF THE FAIRFAX CITY CODE
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Virginia, that Section 13-34 of the Code of the City of Fairfax
be, and it hereby is, amended and reenacted to read in its entiret
as follows:
"Sec. 13-34.
Compliance with chapter; penalty for violation of chapter.
It shall be unlawful for any person to refuse, fail or
neglect to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter or
any rule or regulation promulgated pursuant thereto.
Every person convicted of a violation of any of the provision
of this chapter or rule or regulation promulgated pursuant thereto
for which no other penalty is provided shall be punished by a
fine of not more than one hundred dollars."
This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its adoptio'
