AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION
11 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX,
VIRGINIA, PERTAINING TO USES PERMITTED BY RIGHT
IN THE C-2 ZONING DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax
Virginia, that Section 11 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Fairfax, Virginia, pertaining to uses permitted by right in the
C-2 zoning district be, and it hereby is, amended by adding to
paragraph "A" thereto an additional use permitted by right as
follows:
