AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 11 OF THE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA, TO
ADD CERTAIN USES PE~,{ITTED BY RIGHT IN THE
I-2 ZONING DISTRICT
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Virginia, that Section 11 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City
of Fairfax, Virginia, be and it hereby is amended to add the
following to the uses permitted by right in the I-2 zoning
district:
Amend Subsection A.3. to substitute a comma for
the semicolon after the words "wholesale houses"
and add the following:
"including pharmaceutical, medical, and optical
supply houses."
Add a new Subsection A.13. to read in its entirety
as follows:
"Clinical-pathological laboratories and nuclear
medicine laboratories, including such ancillary
uses as the production, retail sale and distribu-
tion of diagnostic products made at such labora-
tories.''
This ordinance shall be effected immediately upon its
passage by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Virginia.
