AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 13-75.1
OF THE FAIRFAX CITY CODE
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Virginia that Section _lB~.l of the Code of the City of Fairfax be,
and hereby is, amended and reenacted to read in its entirety as
follows:
"Sec. 13-75.1. Improper driving.
"Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this article, upo
the trial of any person charged with a violation thereof where the
degree of culpability is slight, the court in its discretion may
find the accused not guilty of reckless driving but guilty of
improper driving and impose a fine not to exceed five hundred
dollars."
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its
adoption.
