AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND REENACTING SECTION 3.17 (b)
OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX,
VIRGINIA, RELATING TO SITE PLAN REQUIREMENTS FOR
USES REQUIRING SPECIAL USE PERMITS IN RESIDENTIAL ZONES
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Virginia,
that Section 3.17(b) of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Fairfax, Virginia,
be ~nd it hereby is amended and reenacted to read in its entirety as follows:
"3.17
"b. Any use requiring a Special Use Permit in R-l, R-2 and R-3
zoning districts except where such special use does not require
physical alterations to the lot or buildings thereon."
This ordinance shall take effect i~ediately upon its adoption
by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Virginia.
